His alternative dispute resolution credentials are international in scope: a triple-accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator through ADR ODR International (recognised by IMI, CMC UK, and SIMI), a Level 1 Accredited Mediator of the Singapore International Mediation Institute, and a qualified Associate Arbitrator. Recommendations received on LinkedIn and in response to published research — from arbitrators, advocates, mediators, and colleagues.

★★★★★

A thoughtful and timely contribution to the evolving discourse on AI and dispute resolution. As Artificial Intelligence increasingly influences legal processes, the challenge is no longer whether AI will be integrated into ADR, but how it can be implemented responsibly, transparently, and ethically.

Congratulations on the publication. The framing of the LLM as a “fifth-party agent” is analytically sharp and points to a genuine doctrinal gap that most ADR frameworks have not yet addressed. The tension you identify between algorithmic efficiency and human judgment is particularly compelling.
